The time has come to introduce you to the Acquire Syndicate and the Acquire Access Card! To become a member of the Acquire syndicate you must be a holder of a very unique NFT Access Card; I’ll get to why it’s unique and how you can obtain your card later in the article. Acquire Invest, Inc. is launching it’s beta app with exclusive investments early! Only investors in the company will be granted the ability to claim a Gen 1 Beta app Access card NFT (Non-Fungible Token). These NFTs are unique and cannot be duplicated, they are exclusive to the holder and grant the holder discounts, investment perks and rights. Yes they can be re-sold as well!

How do I obtain my Acquire Access Card?

You must participate in one of the investment offerings available to qualify for the Acquire Access Card NFT claim.

There are 2 ways to obtain this Card:

1. Security Token Offering (Reg D 506C), STO (via Acquire’s Smart-Shares!)

• Invest with your digital assets (ETH) and receive the AQUR Smart-Share direct to your Digital ETH, Ethereum Wallet.
• Amount of ACQR Smart-Shares received by a user will be equivalent to the USD value of ETH when submitted and swapped occuring at time of the users investment.
• Login to the Acquire Dashboard and link your Digital wallet containing the ACQR tokens to Claim the Card
• Claim the Card (if your investment amount qualifies)
• Investment Terms will be displayed on the investment page.

2. Crowd-Equity offering — WeFundr direct partnership (via a Section 4(a)(6) of the Securities Act)

• Invest with your USD
• Login to the Acquire Dashboard and link your Digital wallet.
• At the close of the Traditional Crowd-Equity raise users will receive their ACQR Smart-Shares on a future specified date.
• Our system will verify your investment from the Wefundr campaign
• The ACQR Smart-Share will be dropped into your Ethereum Digital wallet.
• Claim the Card (if your investment amount qualifies)
• Investment Terms will be displayed on the investment page.

How do I qualify for each of the card tiers?

1. Access Card Generation 1, Tier 1

• Any investment over $1500 will qualify for 1x Gen 1 card.
• Any investment over $10,000 from an individual will qualify for 3x Gen 1 cards

2. Access Card Generation 2, Tier 2

• All Investments that fall, above $500 and below $1500, will qualify for 1x Gen 2 card.
• Investments under $500 in either the STO or the Wefundr;
• Will be entered into a raffle for a Gen 1 or Gen 2 card!!
• We have reserved 50x of our Gen 1 for the raffle
• We have reserved 50x of our Gen 2 for the raffle

3. if you invest under $500 you are not left out!

• All investments under $500 into Acquire Invest, Inc. you will get 1 placement into a raffle for a Gen 1 or Gen 2 card!!
• chances will be good!

> Yes you will be able to trade these on your favorite NFT marketplace like Opensea.

> Yes its potential future value could be calculated by the amount of trade volume a user does in the Acquire App. So if you’re thinking of selling it to a whale who likely wants to reduce their investment cost basis they will probably pay alot for it.

> No you can’t keep the benefits of the Card if you sell it!

What is the Quantity of each card generation?

Generation 1

• Minimum unknown
• Maximum 3,333

Generation 2

• Minimum unknown
• Maximum 10,000

Secret Generation

• Minimum unknown
• Maximum unknown

Why is the minimum number unknown for each of the generations of the card?

The number of NFTs minted for each Generation tier will be the result of the total amount of capital raised. This means that if everyone out there invests 1500 and no one invests less than that, the maximum number of Generation 1 Cards will be 3,333. As you can see, the more people that invest smaller amounts into the Acquire campaign, the more rare the top generations become. The more Generation 2 cards that are minted means that fewer Generation 1 cards will be minted!
